KRISTEN ESTELA

CEO & Founder

Kristen’s career has spanned major companies, encompassed once-in-a-lifetime events, and allowed her to work with some of the world's most high-profile celebrities, businesspeople, politicians and dignitaries. Despite her impressive corporate credentials, she always knew she wanted to create something of her own.

Kristen’s event planning days go way back to childhood, where she grew up in a kitchen surrounded by chefs and hospitality professionals. Her professional event planning experience began at MTV, where she worked on every type of event from managing exclusive parties to escorting VIPs down the red carpet at the famed Video Music Awards. She then planned and managed hundreds of events over eight global offices as the Corporate Event Manager for Shutterstock.

In preparation for opening Lovely Event Planning, she shifted to client services, working in hospitality at a five-star event venue to gain intimate industry knowledge and back-of-house experience that sets her apart from other planners.

Helping to create personal, unforgettable moments that will last a lifetime is what she strives for.

JENNIFER ANDAUR

Managing Partner & Creative Director

Jennifer has extensive experience in the events and hospitality industry, both as a pastry chef and later, in event planning and luxury event design.

Her passion for entertaining also started when she was young, when she would meticulously plan and design Christmas dinners for her family. She later attended pastry school, then became a Lead Event Planner with a Connecticut-based event planning company. Most recently, she was a Lead Event Designer for the luxury event design company Diana Gould LTD.

Jennifer recently joined Lovely Event Planning, bringing her extensive knowledge of both event logistics and event design as a Lead Planner. She’s beloved by our couples for her friendly personality and intense attention to detail.


I always try to give a couple a private peek at their reception space right before the guests enter. I love seeing the wonder on their faces looking at their vision come to a reality. It’s truly my favorite moment of the day.
